摘要
针对节能减排对大气环境的影响,建立减排效果评价模型,量化分析我国节能减排所取得的成绩,运用灰色预测法得出未来十年(即2010-2019年)能源消费量和环境空气质量的预测值,建立相对偏差模糊矩阵综合评价模型对2012年各地区大气的污染状况进行分析比较,引用AQI指标量化分析节能减排实施前后各省会城市大气环境质量改善情况。
In view of the effect of energy saving and emission reduction on the atmospheric environment,establishing emission reduction effectiveness evaluation model,which can analyze the achievements of Chinese energy- saving emission reduction.Application of grey prediction method for the next ten years( 2010- 2019 years) forecasts energy consumption and environmental air quality value. Using the relative deviation of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix model,we compare atmospheric pollution status in different regions in 2012. Analyze the atmospheric quality improvement aroused by energy saving and emission reduction of the provincial capital city by using AQI index.
