家兔抗球虫免疫及兔球虫病疫苗研究进展

摘要 兔球虫是一类专性寄生于兔消化系统的顶复门原虫,能够引起家兔严重的寄生虫病,对养兔业造成极大的危害。疫苗免疫一直被认为是防控球虫病最为安全有效的方法,遗憾的是由于对兔球虫免疫学特性的研究不够深入,当前尚无疫苗问世,因此开展兔球虫病疫苗研究对于家兔养殖业有着十分重要的意义。以减毒早熟株作为疫苗进行免疫是球虫病疫苗的理想形式,目前已成功选育多个兔球虫早熟株,并在试验中证实了其能够为家兔提供良好的免疫保护。本文综述了近年来家兔抗球虫免疫和疫苗研发领域的相关研究成果,以期为今后兔球虫的免疫学研究和疫苗研发提供参考。 Eimeira spp. of rabbits belong to Phylum Apicomplexa, which cause great economic losses in rabbit industry. For a long time, Vaccination has always been regarded as the most effective way to control coccidiosis. Study of the immunogenicity of rabbit coccidia is necessary for the development of the rabbit coccidian vaccine. Here we reviewed the recent research of immunity and vaccine of rabbit coccidia, hoping to make a contribution to the further study of the immunity against rabbit coccidia and the development of anticoccidial vaccine for rabbit.
