摘要
在微波辐射下,以四丁基溴化铵为催化剂,靛红酸酐、芳香醛和铵盐为原料,乙醇为催化剂,三组分高效合成2,3-二氢-4-(1H)-喹唑啉酮类化合物。目标通过乙醇重结晶纯化得到,收率在75%∽92%。产物用熔点、核磁共振氢谱、质谱对其结构进行了确认及表征。与已报道的其它合成方法相比,该方法具有反应时间短、收率高、实验操作和后处理步骤简单、对环境影响小等优点。
Tetrabutylammonium bromide was taken as an effective catalyst for a three-component sequential reaction of isatoic anhydride,aromatic aldehyde with ammonium salt in alcohol solution to synthesize 2,3-dihydro-4-( 1H)-quinazolinone derivatives under microwave irradiation. The target products were purified by ethanol recrystallization. The yield was ranging from 75% ∽ 92%. The structures of compounds were characterized by melting point,HNMR and MS. Compared to other synthetic methods have been reported,the method has advantages of short reaction time,high yield,simple experimental operation and post-processing procedures,and little influence on the environment.
