^(18)F-氟化钠PET-CT显像在恶性肿瘤骨转移的临床应用与进展 被引量:5

摘要 骨转移是许多恶性肿瘤常见的转移形式,骨转移的诊断对于恶性肿瘤的分期、治疗和预后判断有者极其重要的意义。目前骨转移主要诊断方法是注射鍀标记亚甲基二膦酸盐(99 mTc-MDP)SPECT闪烁骨显像(bone imaging),骨显像是肺癌、乳腺癌和前列腺癌术前及复查的常规评价手段。99 mTc-MDP骨显像是通过骨盐代谢活性的改变间接反应骨转移,由于骨显像灵敏度较高特异性相对较低的问题对于骨骼良性病变增加了假阳性的可能性;另外在核医学科99MO-99 mTc发生器的供应是获得99 mTc-MDP的唯一途径,由于途径单一且受多种因素影响常出现断货现象,影响骨显像的正常进行。近年来探讨骨显像的多种检查手段(SPECT、18F-Na F PETCT)运用成为关注点,经过对比研究探讨18F-氟化钠PET-CT骨显像的应用作为解决上述问题措施的优势。 Osseous metastasis is the common spread pattern of many malignant tumors and diagnosis of osseous metastasis profoundly impacts the staging,treatment and prognosis of malignant tumors. 99 m Tc- MDP SPECT bone imaging is the main diagnostic method nowadays and the routine measurement for pre-operation and reexamination of lung canter,breast cancer and prostate cancer. 99 m Tc-MDP SPECT bone imaging reflects osseous metastasis indirectly through the change of bone metabolic activity and the false positive results of benign lesions may also arise due to the high sensitivity and relatively low specificity of bone imaging. Besides,the only way to obtain 99 m Tc-MDP in nuclear medicine department is purchasing 99 MO-99 m Tc generators,which is single and affected by multi-factors resulting in out of stock and affecting the normal process of bone imaging. Recently,experts focus on the application of multiple inspective items( such as SPECT,18 F-FDG PET-CT and ^18 FNa F PET-CT) in bone imaging. By comparison and study,here we discuss the advantages of ^18 F-Na F PET-CT in bone imaging and consider it as a solution for problems above. out of stock and affecting the normal process of bone inspective items( such as SPECT,18F-FDG PET-CT and18F-Na F PET-CT) in bone imaging. imaging.
