浅议新时期大学生的抗逆力

On the University Students' Resilience in the New Era

当代大学生成长在社会主义现代化建设的新时期,他们的学习和生活不仅受外部因素和自我因素的影响,也受到就业竞争、人际关系、情感牵绊的压力和多元化价值观念的冲击,因而容易陷入逆境或遭遇挫折。大学生应如何应对挫折和困难,高校应如何激发和培养大学生的抗逆力,使之更好的适应大学环境,成为当前大学教育不容忽视的问题。

Contemporary college students grow in the new era of construction of socialist modernization. Their study and life are not only influenced by both internal and external elements, but also impacted by employment competition, internal-relationship, stress of emotional confusion, and diversified values, and thus will easily meet with difficult situations or failures. When conducting education in universities,we should not neglect two important problems such as college students＇ proper reaction to failures and difficulties and colleges＇ countermeasures for stimulating and developing students＇ resilience so as to help them adjust to new environment in colleges.
