工学结合模式是高职院校一个重要的人才培养模式。在工学结合模式下,由于教育环境的复杂和多变,教育对象身份的双重性和学生自我认知的多元化,从而使学生德育工作面临新的机遇和挑战。在此背景下做好德育工作,就要不断树立新的德育工作理念,构筑新的德育工作阵地,加强管理机制建设,提高学生自我认知,以开启工学结合模式下学生德育工作新局面。

The combination of work and study is an important mode for senior vocational colleges to cultivate talents. With the mode, due to the following elements such as complex and changing education environment, the double identification of education subjects, and the diversification of students＇ self-cognition, students＇ moral education meets with new opportunities and challenges. We should conduct moral education by setting new ideas, establishing new fields, strengthening management mechanism, and enhancing students＇ self-cognition, so as to open a new situation for students＇ moral education with the mode of the combination of work and study.
