集装箱地板钻孔检测误差补偿

摘要 针对集装箱地板钻孔锁钉装置自动化钻孔时的准确检测和定位问题,基于金属横梁检测试验,提出了传感器感应位置误差补偿方法。根据金属横梁试验检测结果,对金属传感器纵向与竖向感应位置关系进行分析研究,拟合关系曲线及三维感应区间域。利用虚拟仿真技术,对不同车体行走速度下的制动滑移进行仿真研究,得到装置行走速度与最大滑移距离关系曲线。综合传感器的空间感应范围和车体制动时的惯性滑移两大影响因素,对传感器检测距离进行误差补偿,给出补偿后不同感应高度下的行走速度与感应距离关系。在实际应用中,该检测补偿理论及试验研究为保证钻孔精度、增大车体速度提供有力依据。 Aiming to the accurate detection and location of container flooring drilling device,an error compensation method for sensor based on the experiment of metal beam test is put forward in the paper.According to the results of experiment,the longitudinal and vertical position of metal sensor is analyzed,then,the curve and three-dimensional sensing domain is fitted.The virtual simulation technology is used to analyze the inertial slip under different walking speed of vehicle body,and the relationship curves between walking speed and slip distance are obtained.Considering spatial sensing range of sensor and inertial slip in the process of vehicle body brake,the error is compensated for the sensor detection distance,and the relationships between walking speed and sensing distance under the different sensing height.In practical applications,the theory of detective compensation and experimental study provide a strong basis for ensuring the drilling accuracy and increasing the walking speed.
