对公安微信个性化信息服务建设的调查研究

Investigation and Study of the Personalized Information Service Construction Of Micro Message in Public Security System

随机抽取我国10个公安微信进行个性化信息服务情况调研,结果显示我国公安微信存在"在线服务"名不副实、公众参与互动效果不理想、个性化设置及信息定制欠缺。为此,公安微信个性化信息服务建设应注重提升"在线服务"功能、提升信息反馈效能、加强平台设计个性化水平、加强公安微信中使用帮助功能的设计。

Doing a research of personalized information service on a random sample of 10 Chinese micro messages from public security system,we may find that micro- message service in China＇s public security system exists such problems as ＂ online service＂ being more in name than in reality,unperfect public participation and the lack of personalized settings and information customization. Therefore,the personalized information service construction of micro message in public security system should pay attention to the following aspects： to enhance the function of ＂ online service＂,to improve efficiency of the information feedback,to strengthen the platform design level,and toincrease the design of help function in public security micro- message system.
