摘要
Lab VIEW作为实验室常用的开发平台,常被用来搭建针对某一受控设备的测试程序,而基于Lab VIEW的多接口设备集成控制系统则很少见诸实践。针对上海交通大学兆伏特超快电子衍射装置(SJTU-MUED)的需求,实现了一套基于Lab VIEW的综合性控制系统设计方案,并成功应用于MUED加速器的调试与实验研究中,提供了一整套设备调试、数据存储及机器恢复的手段和方法。首先对系统的整体架构进行介绍,然后依次重点介绍了控制系统中几个重要的技术实现,包括数据共享、子程序集成,以及子程序的模板实现,最后阐述了数据库服务器的实现。
As common develop environment in laboratory,Lab VIEW is used to set up a test program for a device usually. However,the integrated Lab VIEW- based control system of multi- interface devices is rarely seen in practice. For the needs of Shanghai Jiaotong University Me V ultrafast electron diffraction device( SJTU-MUED),the paper has achieved a comprehensive set of Lab VIEW- based control system design,which has already successfully applied to the commission and experimental research of MUED accelerator. The control system provides accesses to parameters adjustment and functions of data storage and machine recovery. Firstly,the overall architecture of the system is introduced in the paper. And then followed by several primary implementations,including data sharing,integration of multi- interface devices control procedures,and modular development of subroutine. Finally,implementation of database server is elaborated.
