摘要
大红山铁矿作为昆明钢铁公司的主要原料基地,400万t/a一期工程中为配合大尺寸无底柱分段崩落采矿方法,首选采用了无轨斜坡道+胶带斜井的开拓布置方案,无轨斜坡道的成功运用,使大红山铁矿快速达产并超产,同时提升了大红山铁矿的知名度,在后续的扩产工程中,斜坡道运用得更加广泛,形成了地下斜坡道网络交通系统,实现了坑内外快速、高效的交通联系,但是,该交通网络也存在诸多弊病,甚至一度成为矿山管理的难点,矿业公司采取了很多办法,最终建成了高效的交通网络。
Dahongshan Iron Mine is the main raw material base of Kunming Steel Company. In the first-phase project of 4 million t / a,in line with large size sublevel caving without sill pillar,the development scheme of trackless ramp + belt inclined shaft were first applied. The successful application of trackless ramp made Dahongshan Iron Mine reach design capacity,overfulfil its capacity,and also increase its popularity. In subsequent expansion project,trackless ramps were more widely used that formed underground network convey system of trackless ramp and realized the more rapid and efficient convey connection inside and outside the pit. However,there were still many drawbacks in this convey network that even led to the difficulty in the mine management.Through the Mining companies took various measures,the construction of the high efficient convey system was completed finally.
