摘要
研发设计了一种烟气导向式双室熔炼炉,能最大限度地将燃料产生的热量直接用于物料的熔炼过程,在热源热量的利用方面具有明显优势。详细阐述了烟气导向式双室熔炼炉的结构以及操作过程,一定程度上解决了传统反射炉热效率低、排烟温度高等问题,在节能上有明显改进。
A kind of flue-gas oriented smelting furnace with double rooms was developed,which can make maximum use of heat from the fuel for the smelting process,and has obvious advantages in the utilization of heat source and amount of heat. The structure of the smelting furnace and its operation process were elaborated. In some ways,it solved the problems of a traditional reverberating furnace such as low heat efficiency,high exhaust gas temperature,etc. Moreover,it has a distinct improvement in energy saving.
