摘要
该超限高层建筑高155.2 m,高宽比约4.3,采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系。重点分析了塔楼偏置与体型收进、框架部分剪力调整、包络设计在工程中的应用,且对每一方面更进一步的进行了探讨,可用于实际设计工作中。
The transfinite high-rise building with height of 155. 2 m and height to width ratio of about 4. 3 adopted the reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure system. The application of tower bias and setback,framework partial shearing force adjustment,enveloping design in engineering was selectively analyzed,and every aspect was proceeded to further discuss,which can be used in actual design work.
