浅析云铜时代之窗超高层综合楼建筑防火设计

以云铜房地产开发有限公司时代之窗超高层综合楼为例,分析探讨在超高层建筑设计中遇到的防火设计问题及解决方法。指出超高层建筑防火设计要立足于自防自救,依据国家规范,在现有消防设备的基础上,对建筑的防火分区,避难层、疏散楼梯间等建筑构造进行合理的个性化设计。

Taking the Window of Era--super high-rise complex building of Yunnan Copper Real Estate Development Co. LTD. for example,the problems encountered in fire prevention design of super high-rise building design and its solutions were analyzed and discussed. It is pointed out that the high-rise building fire protection design should be based on defense self-help,according to the national standard,on the basis of the existing fire-fighting equipment,reasonable individualized design for architectural construction of fire compartment,refuge floor and evacuation staircase etc. were conducted.
