水钢环冷机低温余热回收发电改造

摘要 阐述水城钢铁厂6#、7#环冷机通过将冷风鼓入料层将烧结矿热能带走达到降温的效果,环冷机低温余热发电是一项利于环保利于企业节能的工程,各项改造相辅相成,改善环冷机的密封增加取风面积并且增加热风回热,保证余热发电系统达到要求。 The cooling effect of 6#and 7#circular coolers in Shuicheng Steel Plant achieved through blowing cold wind into material layer which take away sinter heat was expounded. The low-temperature waste heat power generation of circular coolers is an engineering conducive to environmental protection and enterprise energy saving in which the various renovation is complement each other. Improving the circular cooler seal,increasing the suction air area and the hot air back-heating can make sure the waste heat power generation system to meet requirements.
