摘要
基层税务部门绩效管理过程中存在认识不到位,指标设置不科学,评价体系不完善等问题。可从科学设定考核指标,规范绩效考核工作流程,健全考核组织,强化结果应用等方面建立健全基层税务部门绩效管理体系。
There are many problems in the grass- roots tax department performance management, such as understanding is not in place, the index setting up is not scientific, the evaluation system is not perfect. We can establish and perfect the performance manage- ment system of the grass - roots tax department from the following aspects : Setting scientific evaluation target, standardizing the per- formance appraisal work flow, improving assessment organization, strengthening the result of application.
