直接药敏试验在肉鸡生产中的临床应用意义

The Clinical Application Value of Direct Drug Sensitivity Test in Broiler Production

以信阳市和谐动物医院在2012—2013年问接诊的112个细菌病例为研究对象，选取18种常见的抗菌素药敏片，运用纸片扩散法来分析直接药敏试验在临床上的应用效果。结果表明：从112个细菌病例中选出92个病例做研究，36个病例可筛选出3种以上的高敏药物，28个病例可筛选出2种以上的高敏药物，39个病例只能筛选出1种高敏药物，16个病例只能筛选出中敏药物，4个病例对常规的18种药物全部耐药。

The researchers examined 112 cases of bacterial infections from harmonious animal hospital in Xinyang between 2012 and 2013, using the paper disk diffusion method for the analysis of direct drug sensitivity test in clinical application, which included 18 kinds of antibiotics. The results show that researching 92 cases from 112 cases of bacterial infections, 36 cases can be screened by more than 3 highly sensitive drugs, 28 cases can be screened by more than 2 highly sensitive drugs, 39 cases can be screened by only 1 highly sensitive drug, 16 cases can only be screened by mid -susceptibility drugs, 4 cases can be screened by all 18 kinds of drug resistance.
