摘要
我国多数城市和地区的房地由不同部门管理,随着《不动产登记暂行条例》的颁布,房产和土地管理部门之间的数据整合共享势在必行。但由于我国的政治和经济体制的问题,短期内房地产数据共享可能还会存在着诸多的问题,如没有统一管理机构、缺少相应可操作的管理制度、没有统一的数据规范和数据标准等系列问题。但《不动产登记暂行条例》的颁布实施确实为政府部门数据全面共享带来机遇,这就需要政府管理部门顺时而立,抓住机遇,建立行之有效的管理体制,由点到面,逐步实现数据资源全面共享,最大程度发挥数据资源应有价值。
Currently, in the most of China's cities and regions, land and building are managed by different departments, with the promulgation of "Immovable Property Registration Provisional Regulations ", it is imperative to integrate and share the data of real estate and land management departments. However, due to the China's political and economic system, in the short term, real estate data sharing may have many problems, these series of issues such as non-unified management agencies, lack of relevant operable management system, non-unified data specification and data standards. But the promulgation and implementation of "Immovable Property Registration Provisional Regulations" have brought opportunities for overall data sharing of the government departments. So it requires government administration to take advantage with situation, seize the opportunity and establish an effective management system, from a point to a plane, to realize overall data resource sharing and maximize data resources proper function.
