地方高校学报之发展困境及对策

Development Predicament and Countermeasures of Local University Journal

由于地方高校普遍存在办学投入少、规模不大、师资力量不强、科研力量薄弱、学术水平较低以及经费不充裕等情况,因此地方高校学报在发展过程中陷入缺少优质稿源、缺乏特色栏目和缺失发展动力等困境。地方高校学报要求得发展,必须打破封闭局面,开放办刊,以质量求生存;立足地方,准确定位,以特色求发展;整合资源,调整结构,以服务为依托。

The local university journals in the process of development are in dilemmas, because the scale of local universities is smaller, the teaching and scientiifc research strength of local universities is weak, the academic level is not high with lack of f unds. The dilemmas contains the lack of high quality manuscripts, lack of characteristic columns and lack of development motivation. Local university journals should focus on its quality based on accurate orientation, integrated resources, reasonable structures and services.
