“全程校企合作”人才培养模式研究——以高职院校国际贸易专业为例

Study on “College-enterprise Total Cooperation” Model of Talent Cultivation : A Case Study of International Trade Programs of Vocational Collegs

高职国际贸易专业目前实行的"工学结合"人才培养模式,在实践中存在着校企合作开展困难、合作程度不深等问题,严重影响了国际贸易专业的人才培养质量。而"全程校企合作"人才培养模式的提出,有利于解决国际贸易专业校企合作难的问题,从而实现校企之间的深度融合。

In the process of carrying out the current talent cultivation model of combining work and study of international trade programs, there exists some problems like dif ifculties in cooperation and low level of cooperation. It has affected the talent training quality of international business majors. Under such circumstances, this paper puts forward the talent cultivation model of “college-enterprise total cooperation”to solve the above-mentioned problems so as to realize the in-depth cooperation between colleges and enterprise.
