摘要
城市社会经济高速发展对所在流域防洪提出更高要求,但流域内防洪系统是一个复杂且目标较多的庞大系统工程,其存在较多无法确定或定量因素。本文以分水江流域为例通过研究流域内水库群的防洪特点、现状防洪能力及典型洪水调度等,通过制定流域防洪联合调度方案,提高流域的防洪能力,从而为保障流域及下游城市的经济发展提供良好的支持。
The rapid development of social economy has raised the flood control standard in the river basins. Given the fact that flood control system is complicated and many factors cannot be quantitatively or qualitatively analyzed in such a multi-objective system, this study has discussed the characteristics and capacity of current flood control system as well as the typical multi-reservoir operation in Fenshui River Basin. The scheme of reservoir operation presented in this study is believed to improve the flood control capacity and to provide strong support for the social-economic security of the whole basin as well as the cities downstream.
