摘要 针对目前农村供水工程缺乏评价指标体系的现状,本文从工程建设与管理的实际情况出发,提出了指标体系的5项选取原则。并根据该原则建立了农村饮水安全工程评价指标体系,该体系分为2级,一级指标8个,二级指标29个,通过层次分析法结合专家打分法确定了权重,最后通过实际供水工程对指标体系的科学性、可行性和准确性进行了验证。该体系可促进农村饮水安全工程建设与管理的科学化和规范化,为行业主管部门建立和完善农村饮水安全质量评价体系和评价标准提供重要参考。 Since 2006,the whole country has constructed a large noumber of rural drinking water safetyprojects. The number and size of rural water supply projects will continue to increase in the next 10 years.In order to promote the optimization and standardization of the rural drinking water safety projects,based onthe actual situation of engineering construction and management of rural drinking water safety,this study pro-poses the evaluation index system of rural drinking water safety projects. The index system is divided into2 levels,including 8 first grade indices and 29 second grade indices,Through a pilot project in Hubei,thefeasibility of the index system is verified.
