摘要
预应力锚索在地下密闭的空间中长期工作耐蚀性是否发生变化,这个问题目前仍然是一个谜团。室内有害离子腐蚀极化试验是揭示预应力锚索长期耐蚀性能变化的有效手段。本文以漫湾水电站服役20年的预应力锚索为试验样品,通过室内有害离子腐蚀极化试验,分析比较了在5种不同的有害离子(氯离子)浓度作用下,耐蚀性能的演化特征,最终得到如下结论:长期处于密闭环境中使得服役20年的钢绞线的耐蚀性能降低,处于活化激活状态,钢筋表面不能产生钝化膜。一旦暴露在空气中,钢绞线与周围岩体中地下水、氧气接触,锈蚀将迅速发生。
While prestressed cable is working underground for a long time,whether its corrosion resistanceperformance changes or not was still a problem to the engineers. Change law of corrosion resistance perfor-mance can be revealed by indoor polarization corrosion test. A segments of 20-years service prestressed ca-ble was used for the test sample. In order to analyze the changes of corrosion resistance performance,atest on five different concentrations of chloride ion was done. The test results indicate that corrosion resis-tance performance of those anchor cables is in activation state and reduces obviously,so that no passiv-ation film occurs on the steel surface. Once the steel bars are exposed to Oxygen and water,the corrosionemerges immediately.
