村镇生态系统健康研究——以重庆市开县岳溪镇为例

Study on the ecosystem health of the village and town——a case on Yuexi town of Kaixian county in Chongqing

目前生态问题已经成为制约国家或区域生态安全的战略性问题。作为区域环境管理的新方法,生态系统健康研究已被许多研究机构和学者所重视。当前,村镇生态系统的自然属性被人们忽视,其结构和功能日益退化,严重制约了村镇人居环境的改善和社会的可持续发展,是社会主义新村镇建设亟待解决的一个重要问题。本文经过对比分析农村、城镇、城市生态系统,结合村镇生态系统自身的特点,给出了村镇生态系统健康的内涵,初步构建了村镇生态系统健康评价的框架指标体系,并以重庆市开县岳溪镇为例,构建了岳溪镇生态系统健康的评价指标体系。采用层次分析法确定指标权重,根据综合指数法进行总体评价,并对结果进行分析。

At present,ecological problem has become a strategic issue constraining the national or regionalecological safety. Ecosystem health studies, as a new method of regional environment management,havebeen attached importance to by many research institutions and scholars. Currently,natural properties of thevillage and town ecosystem are ignored and its structure and functions are increasingly degraded,which se-verely restricts the improvement to villagers＇ and town people＇s living environment,also the sustainable de-velopment of the society and becomes a significant issue to be solved urgently in the construction of newsocialist countryside. This article,through contrastive analysis to rural,town and urban ecosystems,clarifiesthe connotation of the health of village and town ecosystem,takes Yuexi town of Kaixian county in Chongq-ing as an example,builds an evaluation index system to the health of Yuexi town ecosystem,determinesthe index weight using an analytic hierarchy process and conducts an overall evaluation based on the com-prehensive index method.
