The financial accounting software has won the favor of the market operators because of its professionalism,high efficiency,and low error rate. However,for small and medium sized companies or individuals,large and professional accounting software is only a redundancy,as reflected in the high expenses in authorization and operation. Therefore,this paper focuses on the design of a low-cost cloud system for balance and profit in e-commerce,and tries to make it practical,compact,accurate,and efficient.
