会泽县待补镇退耕还林的现状与对策

Present Situation and Countermeasures of the Returning Farmland to Forest in Huize County Town of Daibu

通过对会泽县待补镇退耕还林工程实施后现状的调查,总结近十年退耕还林工程取得的成绩,分析退耕还林工程在实施过程中存在的一些问题,针对存在的问题提出相应的对策。通过对上述问题的研究,能更好地巩固退耕还林成果,推进退耕还林实施力度,提高了森林覆盖率,降低了水土流失,增加了农民收入。同时,也能为会泽全县在今后推广退耕还林工程再次实施起到借鉴作用。

This article through the investigation of the present situation of the implementation of returning farmland to forest project,summarize the achievements of returning farmland to forest project in nearly ten years,analysis of some problems of the returning farmland to forest project in the process of implementation,then put forward the corresponding countermeasures for the existing problems.Through the research on the above problems,better able to consolidate the achievement of returning farmland to forests,promote the enforcement of returning farmland to forests,increasing the forest cover rate,reduce the soil erosion,increase farmer income.At the same time,it can also play a reference role for promoting the project of returning farmland to forest in the future in Huize county.
