从城市超市寻觅中国零售的“恒生态”

摘要 本文从电商发展等行业热点问题出发,通过考察上海城市超市(CITY SHOP),导出了我国零售的"新生态"与"恒生态"问题。本文认为,我国零售业面临的最根本问题是:在创建零售"新生态"过程中,很多商家忘记了"恒生态",忘记了零售经营的成功关键是要给消费一个理由,城市超市从小店铺发展成为"自造型、差异化、跨业经营"的零售典范,贵在培育了"新生态"背后的"恒生态",即商业伦理底线、一线专业人才培养、零售营运管理、体系保障等四大支撑力。 From the point of e-commerce companies'development and based on investigations conducted in the city shops of Shanghai,this article focuses on the problems of"constant ecology"and"new ecology"in Chinese retail industry.This paper argues that Chinese retail industry faces a big problem,i.e.,in the process of developing "new ecology"of retail industry,a large number of businesses tend to neglect the idea of"constant ecology."In addition,they tend to forget that the key to successful operation is to give consumers a reason.When a small shop develops into a retail paragon,the most important factor is the"constant ecology"behind the"new ecology".It refers to the bottom line of business ethics,the training of high level professionals,retail operation management,and the system guarantee.
