摘要
为了摸清广西红薯产业发展情况,通过对红薯产业链的增值幅度进行量化分析,从价值链的增值环节等角度开展相关调研。结果表明,广西红薯产业可归结为两种价值链模式和五种价值链类型,在以加工企业为中心的价值链模式中,价值链I-1是一种成熟模式,价值链I-2减少中间环节降低了加工企业生产成本;在以农户为中心的价值链模式中,价值链II是零售商所喜欢的,价值链III和价值链IV有助于增加农民收入;价值链V增值幅度虽为最大,但易受生猪价格影响。
In order to understand developmental situation of sweet potato industry in Guangxi, relevant surveys were made on the aspects of value-increasing part etc. of value chain. The results show that the sweet potato industry in Guangxi can be divided into two models and five types of value chain. In the value chain model centered by processing enterprises, value chain I-1 is a mature model, value chain I-2 can reduce middle links so as to lower the production cost; meanwhile, in the value chain model centered by farmer households, value chain II is preferred by retailers, value chain III and IV can help increasing farmer's income, value chain V has the biggest value increasing, but it is easily influenced by pig price.
