垂直旋转式立体车库的创新设计 被引量:14

摘要 近年来,随着城市停车难问题的显现,垂直旋转式立体车库是"停车难"问题的解决和改善城市静态交通的重要手段和途径,但因其存在承载能力弱、设备复杂性高、库容利用率低等缺陷而影响其广泛应用。文章利用发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)、公理设计(AD)的独立公理等创新设计方法,对垂直旋转式立体车库设计方案进行了创新设计,进而解决其存在的耦合问题,获得单吊点式垂直旋转立体车库和双环圆形分体式垂直旋转立体车库满足用户需求的两种建议方案。 At present,with the appearance of the problem of parking in the metropolis,the vertical turn mechanical stereo garage does exert such a profound effect on our daily life. However,in order to solve the technical defect in the vertical turn mechanical stereo garage with the weakness of carrying capacity and the high of equipment complexity and the low of the high capacity. In this article,its design scheme is creative and its coupling problems are solved with the theory of inventive problem solving( TRIZ) and the independent axiom of axiomatic design( AD). Finally,two kinds of the vertical turn stereo garage of proposal scheme-monotone point vertical turn stereo garage and double ring circular partial vertical turn stereo garage are obtained to satisfy users' demands.
