摘要
激光器作为一种重要的辅助光源已被广泛应用于用于材料加工、激光加工、精密测量和精密加工等工业环境中。文章设计了一种双脉冲输出光器,对其进行了理论及实验装置结构设计,并对设计进行了可行性验证试验,结果表明:在LD泵浦源的激励下,产生了最高功率达到0.57 W的双脉冲绿色激光;随着泵浦源电流的增大,得到的绿色激光的光功率越大,直到其达到峰值;通过光电转换,采用高速示波器进行双脉冲的光信号采集,检测出激光脉冲的周期和脉宽均为20μs。
As an important secondary source,laser has been widely used in materials processing,laser processing,precision measurement and precision machining. Based on the stress changes of the face milling cutter tools under the high-speed intermittent cutting,the paper created a kind of double pulse laser,designed its experimental device and theory,and carried out a good feasibility test. The results show: through the LD as the pump source,getting the double pulse green light which maximum power is up to 0. 57 W; with the increase of pump source current,the green laser's power is bigger and bigger,until reach the peak. Through the photoelectric conversion,in the experiment,highspeed oscilloscope is used for double-pulse optical signal collection,testing the laser pulse period and pulse width being 20 us.
