充换电站储能系统模糊双目标优化调度方法 被引量:2

摘要 由于充换电站用电量存在明显的波动性,在充换电站建立储能系统是改善充换电站负荷稳定性的重要途径.为使储能系统充分发挥其作用,本文提出了考虑负荷平抑和用电经济性双重目标下的储能系统出力优化策略,对双目标进行加权模糊处理,使双目标优化问题转化为单目标优化问题.另外,在优化模型的约束条件中考虑了不间断电源功率需求和定时定荷电状态(SOC)的限制,从而具有更大的实际意义.本文使用粒子群算法进行求解,并结合某实际智能电网综合建设工程数据,对该双目标优化策略进行仿真分析,验证了该策略的优化效果及可行性. Since the electricity consumption of a charging station is obviously fluctuant,to establish an energy storage system is an important way to improve the stability of load demand. In order to make the most use of the energy storage system,this paper proposes an scheduling strategy of storage system considering bi-objective including stabilizing load and economizing electric consumption,changing a bi-objective problem into a single objective problem after weighted fuzzy processing. Besides,this paper considers the constraints on the demand of uninterruptible power supply and the state of charge( SOC) at given time,which makes our model have greater practical significance. Particle swarm optimization algorithm is utilized to solve the problem on basis of the data of a practical integrated smart grid construction project. Finally,we verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the optimization strategy after simulation analysis.
