基于高校与地方共培模式的学生骨干培养体系研究

Research on Education System for Student Elites Based on College-local Government Cooperation Mode

长期以来,高校学生骨干在学校管理、服务及育人工作中发挥了巨大作用.新时期,高校应针对当前出现的问题以及上级的有关要求,以高校团干地方挂职为契机,加强高校与地方的交流与合作,从选拔方式、培养模式、使用机制、考核形式、保障措施等方面入手,积极构建、完善校地共同培育模式下的学生骨干培养体系.

Student elites have long played an important role in participating in college management,service and education. In the new period,according to the requirement of the higher-level government and the appeared issues,colleges and universities should take advantages of league cadres to serve temporary positions in local government,to strengthen exchanges and cooperation between colleges and local government. In order to actively build and perfect the student elites training system,some actions such as ways of selection,education mode,employment mechanism,evaluation forms and ensuring measures should be taken.
