The construction of teaching team＇s scientific research ability is an important part of teaching team construction. This paper discusses the teaching teams of newly- built local colleges and universities how to improve scientific reach ability from several aspects-- accurate orientation,strengthening team spirit and scientific research consciousness,enforcing the construction of teaching staff,evaluation and incentive mechanism construction and scientific research environment construction,so as to offer certain guiding function for practical work.
