择业观对建筑类高职生就业起着举足轻重的作用,它不仅反映了此类大学生作为择业主体在择业过程中的地位、需要和利益,同时也是他们心目中衡量职业好坏以及权衡职业得失与利弊的天平和尺度。本文旨在通过描述建筑类高职生择业观念的偏差以及导致择业观偏差形成的各类因素来和大家共同探讨养成建筑类高职生正确择业观的具体对策与意义。

Employment view plays a decisive role in the employment of architectural higher vocational students,it not only reflects the status,needs and interests of the college students as employment subject in the process of job- choosing,but also is the scale and measure in their minds to weigh the gains and losses,the pros and cons. This paper aims to describe the deviation of the architectural higher vocational students＇ employment view and a variety of factors leading to the deviation,and discusses together with everybody the specific strategies and significance for the architectural higher vocational students to form a correct job- choosing view.
