高校青年英语教师专业发展现状及对策研究

Current Situation of Young College English Teachers' Professional Development and Countermeasure

随着高校不断的扩招,稳定加快青年教师队伍建设,对高校的生存和发展尤为重要。当前高校英语教师队伍呈现年轻化趋势,青年英语教师的专业发展直接影响大学英语教学改革的发展,对提高教学质量有着重要意义。本研究通过调研分析高校青年英语教师专业发展的现状,提出促进青年英语教师专业发展的有效途径和对策。

With the constant expand enrollment of higher learning institutions,stably speeding up the construction of the team of young teachers is particularly important to the survival and development of colleges and universities. The current college English teaching staff shows the trend of getting younger,young English teachers＇ professional development directly affects the development of the reform of college English teaching and has important significance for the improvement of teaching quality. This paper,through the investigation and analysis of the present situation of young college English teachers＇ professional development,puts forward the effective approaches and countermeasures to promote the young English teachers＇ professional development.
