Study on the Legal Problems of Administrative Approval System Reform

行政审批制度萌生于计划经济时代,繁荣于计划经济向市场经济转型的过程中,随着改革开放的深入发展,原有的部分审批制度已不再适应市场经济的发展要求。因此我们要切合时代发展的脉搏,深化改革,找出审批制度中存在的问题,为及时解决问题并寻找合适的路径,从而规范行政审批行为。

Administrative approval system initiated in the planned economy era,flourished in the transitional period from the planned economy to market economy,and with the in- depth development of reform and opening- up,part of the original approval system no longer meets the requirements of market economy development. Therefore,we must suit the development of times,deepen the reform,find out the existing problems in the approval system,and timely solve the problems and seek the right path,so as to standardize administrative behaviors.
