随着就业形势的日趋严重,就业需求与就业满意度两者之间出现了严重的矛盾,职业指导在促进大学生转变就业观念、提高就业能力、获取就业信息、发展健康身心以及合理规划职业生涯等方面起到了重要的作用。职业指导已成为高校教育工作中不可或缺的内容。

With the increasing seriousness of employment situation,serious contradiction between employment needs and job satisfaction has arisen. Vocational guidance plays an important role in the aspects of promoting the students to change the concept of employment,improving the employment ability,obtaining employment information,developing physical and mental health and rationally planning career. Vocational guidance has become the indispensable content of higher education.
