高校辅导员胜任力与人格因素相关性研究综述

A Research Review on the correlation between Competency and Personality Factors of College Counselors

高校辅导员是对大学生进行思想政治教育和日常管理工作的直接组织者和实施者。近年来,胜任力理论的运用逐步被引进教育管理系统中,但是将辅导员胜任力作为切入点专门研究的较少,且并没有与人格因素相联系。本研究方向丰富了胜任力研究理论和高校辅导员队伍建设理论,为高校辅导员队伍建设提供了一个新的研究视角。

College counselors are the direct organizer and practitioner of the ideological and political education and daily management work of college students. In recent years,competency theory has been gradually introduced into the educational management system,but the specialized research taking the counselor competency as a starting point is quite few,and there is not any research associated with the personality factors. This research direction has enriched competency theory research and college counselor team construction theory,provides a new research perspective for the construction of college counselor team.
