With development of regional electric power system, large region power grid internetworking becomes a developing trend. The destruction of the operation stability of power grid is an ultimate threat to the security of the internetworking grids. This paper gives in details an introduction to the application scheme of security and stability control system, configuration, functions and control strategy for the Longyangxia hydropower station.
