摘要
文章通过对制动时挖掘机的受力状况分析,结合法规对盘式制动器制动力匹配进行了探讨、实车数据核算和相关的验证,并进一步对挖掘机的制动力匹配进行了探究。通过对挖掘机盘式制动器的相关部件进行了设计,然后对所设计的制动器进行了制动减速度与制动距离的验算,对制动效能的稳定性以及制动时的方向稳定性进行了分析,验证了该制动器设计的合理性,最后根据设计与计算用CAD绘制出了该挖掘机制动器的装配图和制动盘等零件图。
Through braking force analysis of excavator, this article discusses braking force match of disc brake,real excavator data accounting, and related certification,combining with laws and regulations, and further inquires into the braking force match of excavators. The related parts of disc brake have been designed.The brake speed and braking distance of designed brake are checked.The stability of braking performance, and the direction of braking stability are analyzed, which verify the rationality of the design of the brakes. Finally, according to the design and calculation, CAD drawing of brake assembly, brake disk and other spare parts are drawn.
