电力企业在现代社会发展中发挥着极其重要的作用,电力企业的内部管理是保证企业健康稳定发展的前提。人力资源管理作为内部管理的重要组成部分,是其他各项工作开展的基础。文章主要阐述了绩效管理的重要性,并对其中存在的问题进行了简要的探讨分析。
Power companies play an extremely important role in the development of modern society, the power company's internal management is a prerequisite to ensure the healthy and stable development of enterprises.
