摘要
针对常用规格63.5mm/73mm×1m的螺旋肋骨钻杆接头硬度检测方法存在的争议,采用布氏(14BW2.5/187.5)、洛氏(HRC)、维氏(HV10)三种硬度检测方法对其进行检测和结果分析。结果表明,布氏(HBW2.5/187.5)硬度检测方法的结果相对标准偏差(RSD)最小,较适宜此种钻杆的硬度检测。
In view of the hardness test method of spiral rib drill pipe connection that is common specifications of 63.5mm/ 73mm x lm,it is tested and analyzed by three methods of brinell ( HBW2.5/187.5 ) , rockwell ( HRC ) and vickers ( HV10 ) hardness.The results show that relative standard deviation(RSD) of brinell hardness (HBW2.5/187.5) is minimal in hardness testing,which is more suitable for the hardness testing this drill pipe.
