Research of Chongqing Green Transportation Development Strategy Based on Situation Analysis

在新的形势下从资源环境的视角分析归纳了绿色交通的新内涵,利用态势分析法对重庆发展绿色交通运输体系的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行了分析。以内涵和环境分析为出发点,提出重庆交通运输体系绿色转型的优势——机会(SO)基本战略,并提出策略框架。

This paper summarizes the new concept of green transportation from the perspective of resource and environment in the new situation, and analyses the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats on the development of Chongqing green transportation system by using the SWOT analysis. Then it proposes an strength——opportunity（SO） basic strategy of Chongqing green transportation system with the analysis of the connotation and the environment as the starting point. Finally, it puts forward the strategy framework of Chongqing green transportation system.
