α-硫辛酸治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变对视诱发电位影响的临床研究 被引量:5

Clinical study of α-lipoic acid in treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy on visual evoked potential

摘要 目的观察α-硫辛酸治疗2型糖尿病(2DM)合并周围神经病变(DPN)对视诱发电位影响。方法将80例DPN患者随机分为两组,每组40例。对照组给予甲钴胺500μg静推,每天1次;治疗组给予α-硫辛酸600㎎稀释后静滴,每天1次,用药2周。选定视诱发电位P100波幅作为视力量化评价指标,对两组治疗前后P100进行对照研究分析。结果治疗前治疗组视诱发电位P100波振幅及潜伏期分别为(0.198±0.031)μV和(100.197±7.354)ms;对照组视诱发电位P100波振幅及潜伏期分别为(0.198±0.035)μV和(100.191±7.665)ms,两者比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗后对照组P100波振幅及潜伏期分别为(0.209±0.016)μV和(100.104±9.003)ms,治疗组P100波振幅及潜伏期分别为(0.236±0.015)μV和(97.668±6.783)ms,与治疗前相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05);与对照相比差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论α-硫辛酸早期应用对糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)单纯期视诱发电位P100波潜时及振幅有影响,提示对视力、视神经传导有保护作用。 Objective To study the effect on visual evoked potential of alpha lipoic acid in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 80 patients of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into control group and trial group( n = 40). The control group was treated with methylcobalamin 500μg intravenous injection,once every day.The trial group was treated with alpha lipoic acid 600 mg intravenous drip after dilution,once every day. The course of treatment was 2 weeks. The P100 amplitude of visual evoked potential was selected as the quantitative evaluation indicator of vision. The P100 before and after treatment in two groups were compared for statistical analysis. Results Before treatment,in trial group the P100 amplitude and latentperiod of visual evoked potential were( 0. 198 ± 0. 035) μV、( 100. 191 ± 7. 665) ms respectively,in control group the P100 amplitude and latentperiod of visual evoked potential were( 0. 198 ± 0. 031) μV、( 100. 197 ± 7. 354) ms respectively. There were no statistical significance( P 〉0. 05). After treatment,in control group the P100 amplitude and latentperiod of visual evoked potential were( 0. 236 ± 0. 015) μV、( 97. 668 ± 6. 783) ms respectively,in trial group the P100 amplitude and latentperiod of visual evoked potential were( 0. 209 ± 0. 016) μV、( 100. 104 ± 9. 003) ms respectively. There were statistical significance between before treatment and after treatment( P 〉0. 05). There were statistical significance between control grou P and trial group( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion The is a certain influence of alpha lipoic acid in the early treatment of simple diabetic retinopathy on the P100 amplitude and latentperiod of visual evoked potential.This indicates that alpha lipoic acid has a protective effect on the eyesight and optic nerve conduction.
