摘要
为研究乌鲁木齐市水资源管理三条红线,以乌鲁木齐市5大水系为研究对象,对区域地表水资源可利用量进行分析。根据径流深等值线图量算得到不可能被利用水量;分别采用百分数法、近10年最小月径流量法、保证率为90%的最小月径流量法,计算不同生态植被和生态环境的最小需水量;湖泊、湿地多年平均蒸发耗水量与湖泊、湿地直接降水补给量差值作为湖泊、湿地需水量。得出乌鲁木齐市地表水资源可利用量为6.911×108m3。
For studying of Urumqi water management three red line,the 5 major river systems in Urumqi city as the research object,the surface water resources in an area can be analyzed by quantity. Based on the runoff depth isoline map estimate obtained may not be using the water. The percentage methods were used for nearly 10 years minimum monthly runoff law,guarantee rate as the minimum monthly runoff was 90 %,the minimum water requirement of different ecological vegetation and ecological environment of lakes,wetlands are calculated; years average evaporation water consumption and the lake,wetland direct precipitation recharge Lake wetland water demand,as follows. Put forward Urumqi surface water resources available quantity is 6. 911 × 108m3.
