辽宁省卫生监督资源配置现况研究

目的通过对辽宁省卫生监督机构资源配置情况的分析,找出影响卫生监督资源配置的原因,提出与辽宁省经济社会发展相适应的卫生监督资源配置的对策和建议,为深化卫生监督体制改革、加快卫生监督体系建设提供理论依据和决策参考。方法采用自行设计的调查表进行资料收集,对全省各级卫生监督机构进行调查。结果(1)机构性质、名称不统一,职能调整尚未到位;(2)全省卫生监督机构人员配备不足,素质不高;(3)全省卫生监督机构的基础设施建设和执法装备建设与国家规定的标准仍有差距。

Objective To analyse resource allocation conditions in the cities and counties in our province, find out the reasons that impact the resource allocation, put forward a proposal which is compatible with economic and social development of our province, and provide a theoretical basis and reference in order to deepen the health inspection system reform and speed up the development of the health inspection system. Methods Investi- gate health inspection agencies by self-made questionnaire. Results （1）The nature of the institution, the name is not uniform, the function adjustment has not yet in place;（2） Staffing shortage, quality is not high;（3）There is still a gap on Infrastructure construction and law enforcement equipment construction.
