摘要
针对铬精粉矿的特性和烧结难题,对其烧结制粒和烧结工艺配方进行了研究,得出优化配比结论:水分配比11%~13%、焦粉5%~8%、膨润土3%~6%为宜,配加部分颗粒物料对制粒和烧结均有益。同时,介绍了某公司建设的45 m^2带式烧结机设备参数和工艺流程,对烧结铬精粉矿的工艺进行了优化实践,得出优化配方和烧结指标。烧结实践证明:带式烧结机可烧结处理铬精粉矿,并且烧结指标较好,烧结矿质量指标适宜于矿热炉冶炼生产,该烧结方式得到产业化应用。
Aiming at the characteristics and sintering problem of chrome ore fines, this paper researched chrome flavor powder pelletize and sintering process formula and optimized proportion of conclusion, moisture ratio 11%-13%, coke powder 5% -8%, bentonite 3%-6%, part of the granular material was helpful for granulation and sintering. It also introduced parameter of apparatus and process flow of 45m^2 continuous strand sinter machine, optimizing sintering process and obtaining optimize formula and sintering index. Sintering practice has proved that continuous strand sinter machine can sinter chrome ore fines and get better sintering index, the index was suitable for submerged arc furnace smelting production and this way was in industrialization application.
