分级式环形剪切除杂铁合金破碎装置的研制

摘要 为降低铁合金精整破碎过程的变粉率,同时降低精整破碎成本,实现精整过程连续式机械化生产,文章选用分级式环形剪切铁合金破碎装置,使块状铁合金受平行双向切应力进行分切式破碎。根据铁合金表面杂质高碳层薄而脆的特点,高碳层面受切应力作用可自动脱离分离。结果表明:块状铁合金在该装置内破碎基本实现高碳层剥离,成品合金呈1/2切断状裂断,粒度均匀且变粉率极低。 To reduce the pulverization rate in the process of ferroalloy finishing and crushing and decrease the cost produced by the process, achieve continuous mechanized production, it employs classified-type circular cutting ferroalloy crusher which makes lump ferroalloy cut by parallel bi-directional shear stress. High carbon layer which is thin and brittle can realize auto-segregation under shear stress. The result reveals that lump ferroalloy implement high carbon layger segregation in crusher on the whole, finished products appear 1/2 cracking, medium grain size and low pulverization rate.
