摘要
建立不同产地金银花药材甲醇溶解部分的HPLC指纹图谱,为科学评价与有效控制金银花质量提供新方法。采用HPLC法测定了10个产地的金银花样品。色谱条件为C18柱,甲醇-1%磷酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长237 nm,流速1 m L/min,柱温30℃。建立了HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,对不同产地药材进行相似度比较。
HPLC Fingerprint of the methanol-dissolved elements of Flos lonicerae collected from different areas provides a new way for scientific evaluation and proficient controlling of Flos Lonicerae quality. 10 samples of Flos lonicerae were tested by HPLC. The HPLC condition was: C18 column, washing solution of methanol-1% phosphoric acid, 237 nm wave length, 1 m L/min flow rate, 30 ℃ column temperature. The result was that the column model of HPLC fingerprint was made and the similarity of Flos lonicerae from different areas was compared. The study would be good for the standard planting and quality control of Flos lonicerae.
