摘要 针对直升机主减速器进行基于振动信号的故障诊断试验需要高昂费用的问题,以直升机主减速器的行星齿轮系统为例,对理想条件下McFadden建立的模型进行分析与改进,推导了振动信号的时间延迟模型,从而确定了系统运行时边频的相位变化。分析了行星齿轮系统振动信号的产生与变化规律,建立了故障状态的振动信号模型,并对其进行仿真。通过振动信号的仿真比较,为行星齿轮系统的故障监测与诊断提供借鉴。 Aiming at diagnosing helicopter’s main gearbox fault based on the vibration signals by experiments requires high costs ,the helicopter’s planetary gear system is taken as an example ,to analyze and improve the model established by McFadden ,and to derive delay‐time model of the vibration signal to determine the phase‐change of sidebands when the sys‐tem is running .The cause and change‐rule of planetary gear syetem’ vibration signal is analyzed to establish the fault diagno‐sis model based on vibration signal ,and simulate the vibration signals which is on fault condition .By comparing the simula‐tion of vibration signals ,a reference is provided for fault monitoring and diagnosis of a planetary gear system .
