摘要
以武汉市墨水湖湖滨带为研究区,采用测试分析及SPSS等方法,研究了水葫芦、红蓼、香附子、葎草、浮萍、鸢尾6种水生植物对Hg、Cd、Cr、Pb和Cu等重金属元素的积累和吸收能力。结果表明:水生植物红蓼、香附子、葎草、浮萍、鸢尾对重金属Cd元素具有较好的富集能力,单项重金属富集系数分别为2.95、5.54、4.69、5.76、4.87,在构建墨水湖湖滨带生态屏障植物配置时可选择使用;浮萍、水葫芦对重金属Cu、Hg等元素则表现出较强的综合富集能力,对重金属复合污染水体修复具有较大潜力。
The adsorption and accumulation abilities of heavy metals (Hg, CA, Cr, Pb, and Cu) in six aquatic plants in lakeside zone of Moshui lake in Wuhan were studied by atomic absorption spectrophotometry and SPSS method. The experimental results indicated that five aquatic plants (Polygonum orientale, Cyperus rotundus, Humulus scandens, Lemna minor, Iris tectorum ), their bioconcentration factors (defined as the ratio of heavy metal concentration in whole plant to that in soil) for CA were 2.95, 5.54, 4. 69, 5.76, 4. 87, respectively. These five plants could be used to form the green shelters in lakeside zone of Moshui lake, whereas L minora and E crassipes showed a strong co-accumulative character for Cu and Hg, and they have the potential for the restoration of contaminated water.
